Call from 8188517929 sais Alabama on my phone....I didn't answer and they left a message saying it was Internal Revenue and I needed to call them back because this was my last warning agains them filing a lawsuit against me.

Fraudulent scam call from some one claiming to be Internal revenue service saying they have a lawsuit against you. They have scammed a local elderly person out of 15000 dollars. Have made many calls into our area code 507. It's definitely a scam.

I received a call last Wed(09/14) from, "Officer General"(you would think they would be smart enough to use something that sounds legit)...Said, I was being sued by the IRS...Heck I dont make enough to have IRS issues!! Worthless Scammers!!

called him back. He identified himself as officer mike of IRS, told him i'm from the fed and he owe money, he hang up. This needs to be on TV to make sure others wont get scam by this loser. Almost everyday I am getting calls from them but they come from different places, agoura, illinois, massachusette, etc.
