Scam (Debt collector) reported by Dave
Scam Call. I was called from an unknown number told I was being served on Friday. The server knew nothing but told me to call ORA Associates law firm and gave me a case number. I called and also spoke to Mr. B. and they said I took a $600 loan out from Cash Net USA. They said 3 collections companies had tried to contact me at a wrong address of my current but similar to it. Knew a former employer and said it was to be deducted from my paycheck and it never happened so they were pursuing legal action.

A girl named O. left a voicemail on my phone, they will be a summons provide to be at my place of work she gave me a case number I called them back and talk to a man don't remember what his name was didn't catch it he put me on hold to get the hard file I googled the phone number at that time it was a scam even had Adams County down to where I live and he had my last tfour digits of my Social Security number. Can that you are a scam but I googled your phone number and I hung up on him him

Say they are going to be serving you on a certain date (mine was This Thursday between 3-5pm) and they actually had my first and last name, last 4 of my social, 2 previous addresses, a bank name I used to bank work and the name and amount of an old CashNet . com account. However, they were unwilling to provide an e-mail or any paperwork showing the amount I owed or any proof that I still owed it. I read another very similar review when I looked up the company they claim they are with...ORA Associates. They use the name Mr. Bailey a lot when answering the return call. Just now I tried calling and it put me on a very long hold and then a voicemail box that was full and then an error before it hung up on me. Be careful, they're scamming big time.

I received the same call to my mom phones too and I had the same loan company too cashnet.com I tried calling but it would just ring and ring and then went to a mail box saying extension 1000. Idk if it's a scam or they really serving me I can't be served since I'm on probation and I can't pay ATM I'm unemployed :(
