These folks is getting on my last nerves they called every other day and I am not late with an payment.They need to stop calling people everybody knows when theirs note is due. Headache please stop calling so much ya’ll is going to get ya’ll money.

After reading all other comments, I realized that everyone has gotten calls from New Rez. They also go by Shellpoint Mtg. One person mentioned their 15 day grace period still being in effect but the call was about the pmt being late. That must be why they were calling me, but I never pay it on time! Only before the late charge gets added. They've never called me before, and I am shocked (but not at all surprised) that NOW, during the pandemic, when most companies are waiving late fees or giving discounts (thank you, Geico!), New Rez is making COLLECTION CALLS during my 15 day grace period following the due date! Why are mortgage companies so greedy?? If I don't pay them, they get my damn HOUSE! They're all like that, and then they keep selling my loan around, too.

My computer was broken into and much personal data wa stolen. Some o.j f it was out of date, and I changed the rest of the account numbers. I have been getting spoof calls from my "credit card company", etc. to trick me ontk given them the extra data they need for complete identity theft. The caller ID was Shellpmtrn.
