came up labeled "Scam Likely" weird since I never received a call from this # before so would not/could not have entered it as a contact. interesting whoever initiated call labeled themselves a scam but how did they enter a contact label on my phone?

They did not enter a contact label on your phone, that is impossible. “Scam likely” is your service provider alerting you that this phone number is likely a scam. I wouldn’t answer any numbers that have a scam warning from your service provider!
