Specialty prescription company (Service) reported by Ron R.
Given that I'm in Indiana and the call came from Texas I did not answer it, thinking it was a spam call. The caller left a voicemail stating they were a specialty prescription company so I googled the number and then the company. Since I am being prescribed a specialty medication requiring several hoop jumps already, I called the company. The first person (guy) I spoke with was very rude, so I returned the favor and was hung up on. Calling back I spoke with a very sweet lady and was given information I needed.
