They call all the time. Never leave a message. So I finally answered. They give a automated message they garble no name to call back some number and give information available. It just feels like a scam, plus. I do not have a Nissan!

If Nissan is having an issue with my current lease (which by the way is up to date and paid on time each month), then they can snail mail me. I'm certainly not calling them back. I had an AWFUL experience at the dealership this past March in Woodbury NJ and told the salesperson never to contact me again. When the lease expires, they'll be getting the car back and I will NEVER lease or purchase a Nissan again.

My 2018 lease is up, paid off, and I've upgraded. I have received ZERO information through my e-mail or snail mail from my dealership about what is due at this point because it's so new. I've received a call from this number at least 3 times per day for the past 5 days. I'm not going to give my personal information out.

A very fishy foreing voice called very early in the morning asking for me. I did not confirm it was me, I asked him what was the call about and who he was but he kept insisting for me to confirm my identity. I kept asking him his identity and the reason for his call and he said, it's a business matter. That's when I hung up on him. Be careful with this type of calls. Don't give them any information or confirm anything they ask.

It is actually a legit call from Nissan. You are receiving the call because you are past due on your payment and they only require your name and model of your car to disclose information of your account.

Received multiple calls from this phone number so I finally answered it. The man sounded foreign and demanded to know what year and model my Nissan was. I told him, you called me! You tell me what year and model it is. He said "he knew everything and demanded that I tell him my information. I asked one simple question "if you're really Nissan, where's your headquarters? He answered 'Texas.' " I hung up. Nissan is headquarter is Toronto. Just to be sure, I called the real Nissan and they said they were receiving complaints about people pretending to be them. My payment was a little late last time was why I followed up with them to be certain it was not them. They assured me they would never call me like that. Do not give these people your private info!!

Nissan collections headquarters is located in Irvin, TX. where I reside. They ask for year and model so they know they are talking to the right person. It's company procedure. My niece works there, if you are getting a call it means you aren't current with your credit.

I also received the same calls all the time but I never give them information. I know for a fact that Nissan will never call you to confirm your identity, that is not how legit besinessess work. The person on the line also had a foreign accent so I also started to ask him questions and that is how I confirm they are scammers. Big corporation will never ask you to confirm your identity unless you are the one calling them to find out about an account. Nissan North America headquater is in Tennessee.

I did the same, they would not tell my why they were calling but continued to ask me to verify my make and model of the car. I have a nissan lease, and they should know this information. she refused to indicate why they were calling. I asked if this was a collection matter, warranty, etc.. and she would not give me anything. I hung up as well.. Rude person

This is a company to which Nissan outsources collections. Nissan does not actually call about debts until the payment is 3 months late. They outsource to this company in India to get payments before they have to spend real company resources trying to collect. You can ignore this company (but should pay your bill); actual internal Nissan policy states that they don't begin official collections until the 3 month mark.

How can they start collecting until you are 90 days late if you get reported to the credit bureaus on the 30th day? They repo your car on the 60th day. Now I see why you are being called.

Th person on the stated my name and asked if that was me. I responded that I am ..... He asked again ti verify that I was with a yes. I did not respond with a yes, rather stated that I am .... Call stated that he had important information to give me about my vehicle. (Did not say which vehicle) I told him I own a total of 12 vehicles and would need to know which vehicle he was asking me about. He then started to requested my last 4 of my social security number and address before I hung up on him.

This is a legitimate call concerning Auto Loan with NMAC (Nissan Motors Accceptance Corp). Message left difficult to hear but they gave the correct 1-888 callback number. I have a new loan with NMAC but payment delayed due to Covid-19.

Again, this is not from Nissan. If this would be from them why do they would be calling a workplace, which in this case is a government agency. IT'S A SCAM. They're probably spoofing Nissan's number to make you believe that they're legitimate and that they are calling from Nissan, but it's actually from other number (spoofing).
