Hello- is this ××××? I asked who was calling & he didn't respond, (Scam call) reported by Lolly
I answered, he said this is a name I couldn't understand and tried to get me to say my name-he said he needed to speak to me regarding a personal matter,a personal "business matter;) but he failed to explain who he was supposed to be representing, he had an Intentionally Menacing I told him I didn't know who he was Where he was calling from He refused to give me Any information Didn't respond So I told him Had noticed Gotten A lot of calls From This number And Not to call me again You sounded As though he was possibly From Africa Possibly India Several others have mentioned The impression he was African however Told him not to call back

An indian speaking person who would not tell me his infol (Telemarketer) reported by Blue M.
He wouldn't tell me who he was or what he wanted. Just kept asking if I knew someone. I told him I wasn't interest, thanked him and hung up.

It's definitely American Express collections. I verified it. They farm their collections out to call centers in India. Could not even understand the guy and his thick Indianaccent. BLOCKED.
