Resort Sales (Telemarketer) reported by

I've gotten a call from this number every day for a week. I'll answer, they'll say my name and then say something about their rewards program and I'll hang up. Today, I told them to please stop calling, they call me every day and I'm at work. The woman started YELLING "NO NO NO NO NO," trying to get me to stay on the line and said that there's no way anyone from this number has called me before. I told her that they call every day, and to please take my number off their list, then I hung up. Hopefully they don't call back again.

VERY RUDE (Nuisance call) reported by

May 8, 2018 1:22 PT received a call from this number. Dealt with a VERY rude, condescending man! He called our business and asked for the owner by first name, who I said was not in and I asked who was calling and if I could help him instead. He asked if this was her residence and I explained no, it was her business, who's calling please? He said he'd just call back and I explained that she would never answer this number herself, as this was the business' office phone, so he would just get me again, every time. He got a really snarky attitude and made a comment about how it's her business but she doesn't even answer the phone herself? I explained that she OWNS the business. She is not the receptionist. But that as the office manager, perhaps I could help him, or at least let her know that he called and to call him back when she returned. So then sir, what is your name and where are you calling from? I asked. He refused yet again to answer any of my questions, but being very pushy with his own. He continued to ignore me over and over again as I asked repeatedly throughout the conversation who was calling and what for, and then he just rudely hung up on me after I asked the final time. I really wanted to report the extremely rude employee to a supervisor so I tried calling the number back but it just automatically hangs up the call. Grrrrrrr
