The call from this number left automated message, since I didn't answer it, about debt forgiveness, loan reduction, things along that line then asked me to press 1 to continue or 5 to decline.

I answered because the number was local to where I live when I answered it was an automated system that offered to help with student loans told me to hold when a human came on and asked if I needed help with my student loan I told her no I don't have a student loan how did she get my number and Iwas on the do not call list and told them I would be reporting it for cold calling me on a cell phone and they hung up

Got automated call about student loan help. Pressed 1 to speak to someone. They said hello. I said someone called me from this number. They hung up. When I called the number back I got a message that the number was no longer in service.
