Company name is Contract Callers Inc and they supposedly provide collections services for utility companies and credit card companies as a 3rd party. However, BEWARE, as there are several articles online pertaining to them and numerous lawsuits due to some type of International scam they're involved with! When you dial their number the automated system says they're a debt collection agency but I personally WOULDN'T trust it. Not only because of the scams they've been involved with, but because they NEVER let a voicemail when they call and legitimate collection agencies will let a message and identify themselves as a debt collector (or something similar), as well as a reference or case number and their return phone number for you to call them back. Furthermore, a legit company will usually respect DO NOT CALL rights that people are entitled to, and this company does NOT. They are the worst of the worst pond scum!!! I've worked in collections for many years as well as inbound customer service for 2 very large companies and call centers, so I am familiar with the way companies offering legit and professional collection services operate. Finally, I review my credit report from all 3 credit bureaus a few times a year and I also have CreditWise thru Capital One because I have 2 different credit cards with them, and Credit Journey thru my Chase card and I have notifications set up with both of those services that any time there is a change in my FICO or credit score I'm notified. There has never been any late payments on any of my bills, credit cards, or loans in several years, let alone an unpaid debt with a collection agency..... I don't have any debts, so there's no reason for this so called collections agency to be calling me! They call frequently but NEVER let a voicemail, which is odd if you're representing a company to collect a debt. Key indicator it's Not a legit collection agency, they want to speak with a live person to scam you....

Nobody cares what cards you claim to have. The call is a scam. Plain and simple. Sign up and utilize the free spam filters from Verizon and the phone will never ring.

most times do not answer when they call, did once, dead air as I kept saying hello, then some guy barked at me that he needed to speak with some person I did not know. Tried to tell him, but it didn't matter, rude and wouldn't say with whom he worked.
