The caller left a voicemail after calling and leaving a message on my moms home phone and work phone. I haven’t lived there in over 20 years. She said that she had an "urgent matter" with my name and social security number attached to the documents and requested "an immediate callback". She also said that "failure to respond would result in the case being sent out of her office for further processing" and "You have officially been notified". I called the number back numerous times and every time, it goes straight to voicemail! I tried to press 0 during the message to speak to a different associate and it directs me back to her voicemail.

She stated arbitration was filed in my county license will be suspended had my truck tag number and then said you have been served good luck.

The caller left a voicemail for my wife (she has her own number) on my phone. She said that she had an "urgent matter" with her name and social security number attached to the documents and requested "an immediate callback". She also said that "failure to respond would result in the case being sent out of her office for further processing" :D lol. Like that means anything. Then she said "You have officially been notified". :D Which is hilarious, because that doesn't mean anything. If there's legal action pending, then a process server is the only person who can legally notify you of anything. Simply stating that it's an "official notification" doesn't mean anything. Nice try, thanks for playing.

I don’t get into no trouble i don’t have no credit cards bank accounts never been into it with the law nothing and the number call me everyday and won’t stop it’s new to me and making me very mad
