Spectrum Billing event call. Called 10times in 3 days. Bill paid. Called spectrum for complaint. Advised them this is a FTC violation and I would file complaint. They claimed would enter into ticket system to correct/stop calls.

Call is supposedly Spectrum Cable reminding me to pay my cable bill. But Spectrum said this isn't their phone number. There are no automated messages to indicate that pmnt is due, past due, etc. The caller hangs up as soon as my voicemail switches on. Checked out number on Google. Many other reports of the same, including verification from Spectrum. Those who do get a person on the line report that they are questioned for personal information and the callers have heavy accents.
