They are like the damn mafia. Not to mention the loan isn't in my name. Never has been. Loan was taken out before I married into the family. They have illegally given me the loan owner's ssn and birthday and when the loan was opened. I have spoke with the loan preservation department multiple times about taking my number out of their system and they continue to harass me.

so many are saying this number claims to be wells Fargo. I never answer, they never leave a message, and my mortgage is up to date so I call scam. I have had late payments in the past and even set up a repayment plan a year ago to resolve them. They should contact you by mail or leave a message with a legitimate phone number that matches the one on their site if this is a true attempt to collect a debt. I'm blocking this number from now on.
