Scam for money (Scam call) reported by


I was on computer when a screen pop up telling me to call Microsoft immediately I had got a virus and the virus code was 268D3 that could damage their product and if I wouldn't call they would be force to shot my computer down. I made the call they said there was a bad connection so they would call me back the number that appeared on my phone was 3038 they ask to have access to my pc I let them stupid of me, they started to write a bunch of stuff that they where saying that would fix my pc but after a while they put a price of $199.99 I told them to get out of my pc trying to close it but couldn't so they shot my pc. I report this issue to Microsoft I think everyone should report it so they can catch these scammers.

Called and said had virus. Computer would be shut down. Didn't tell cost until credit card was given. 399.99 said no way and hung up. They charged me anyways. Calling bank in am.
