Vm was left by Stewart. Said that he was calling on behalf of the LTC facility my mother lived in saying the Facility wanted them to conduct a satisfaction phone survey to get my perspective on how well they are caring for my loved one. Requested a call back. That is crap. I just talked to the SW today and I have contact with a lot of the staff, including the Administrator. They know how I feel. I don't like this info mining.

Googled the number. Came up cakedecor business in Philadelphia. Clicked on website. I then received a pop up warning that it would be unsafe to continue. Could be a virus or someone wanting your identity info.
