They left a message with a number to call regarding an outstanding balance I have with Baylor Scott & White. I do not owe anything to this hospital and the number they wanted me to call is not a BS&W number. Also said I could pay my bill online at www.w.or/my chart. This was a recording and proceeded to repeat itself.

After this number called my phone the automated message played and it connected me to a live person who asked how can she help me. I said I don't know, you called me. Then she hung up. Proceeded to call me back form a different number that appeared to be local 440-650-0830, and began threatening me. I don't even know what you're calling me for and now she had the nerve to get an attitude with me. I'm filing a complaint to the Ohio Attorney General's Office and the Federal Trade commission. And if they call again my local police department.
