calling me about a fax order for another person for over a year now. used to use a different number and the call was from “heather sanders”, now the call is from this number from “ashley morgan”. has called me 2 days in a row now and i’m a minor who obviously isn’t getting a fax order. the call is a recording.

Called stating that they had a fax for me and to call back to verify information to receive documentation. Also, contacted a family member looking for me. Bunch of B.S!! When I called back they asked me to verify last 4 of SSN and when I wouldn't she said "Ok. I'll sign off on the documents and have them filed in court"! I wish they'd find a better use of their time!

According to this law firm, this caller is from Phoenix Financial Services. https://www.agrussconsumerlaw.com/844-227-9814/ This law firm has detailed info on this company and stresses that this company focuses on student loan debt and has numerous complaints for aggressive debt collection practices. https://www.lemberglaw.com/phoenix-financial- ... mplaints-calls/ Left this voicemail message: "Hi, my name is Ashley Morgan. We received a fax order to the address on the record for Sharon Johnson. For proper delivery of these documents, please return my call to 844-227-9814 regarding this matter. This is your final notification." I have no idea who the heck Sharon Johnson is. They called my work place saying they try to contact me because of some documents faxed over. I never faxed anything. Then I called in and a lady said she will send over an officer to get me at my work place or home so I ask to get in the mail documentation about the "charges" she said that was no longer possible, I told her its my right and that I will call a lawyer and she ended the call. SCAM!!!
