This Caller, who "harasses,Threatens,annoys AND Violates federal laws" Needs to be reported by every single person that is being bothered by her.. I already told her twice to stop calling me, now I am going after them for violations of federal laws regarding collections. I recommend that you do the same and put and end to this place once and for all.

I forgot to mention this person that calls is from PayDay Loans...The Call starts with a recording about your claim, I actually had a claim for something else and thought thats what the call was about, but quickly that turned around and they will make threats, I have recordings of them threatening to "take me out" I also had police involved several times and had taken several calls from them and even they were threatened, this place is totally out of control...the Officer said to them, "who do you think you are the Mafia? , their reply was yes! proof that This happens: https://www.fbi.gov/news/pressrel/press-releases/new-twists-to-telephone-collection-scam-related-to-delinquent-payday-loans http://consumer-law.lawyers.com/consumer-fraud/scam-alert-fake-payday-loan-collectors.html DO NOT FALL PREY TO THESE SCUM

This number keeps calling for someone that I have no idea who it is name Ashley Carter. I have told them numerous times I don't know this person and they get rude and hang up. I have asked numerous times to take my number off to no avail.
