Lynn Thomas (if it her real name) left a message that a case is bring brought against me and gave a "case number" 502-414 that was filed with the county and becomes a matter of public record (what isn't nowadays) and a recent order for my location (I'm not lost). Since she did not talk with me, she will now have to contact my employer (good luck). I do have the right to contact the proceeding office before the case is filed. What? I thought it was already filed? The number she left if the "legal department" and I have been "legally notified" by phone (It does not work that way) then I will be located. Attempting to use a scare tactic. Scammer get a real job - loser.

Claim to save me money on my Medicare premium, obtain Extra Help, and get dental, vision and hearing coverage for $0 monthly premium. Yeah, sure. No name, no identification of who sent the postcard, just the phone number to call that is known to be bogus.

Answered call. Claim to be a debt collector. Said he doesn't take payment over phone for "security purposes". He wanted me to send him my card info via email for payment collection. Constantly kept calling & saying to send my info or he will send me to the collectors. That's when he gave himself away as a SCAM!

They claimed to be a debt collector but even after confirming my name they said it was a private business matter. They wanted me to confirm my address, which was incorrect. I know i'm not in collections, so I was already cautious. He wanted updated information for an incorrect address??? No, this is a scam. I told him I would pull my credit and call the creditor directly and he did not like that. BEWARE!

This number has been calling me everyday for a week now. It shows up as 'Account Services'. Decided to answer and mute myself, which the caller talked to himself for about 2 minutes about tv services that i was due on payments for. I don't subscribe to any tv services, so very clearly a fake number trying to bait money from older folk. Sad.
