Virtual retail tmobile store. Called me and had an unwanted feature removed on my account that I wasn't sure why I'd been charged it. She was very nice and helpful. Glad I got a call.

T-Mobile popped up on the caller ID - since my bill is paid on time - I have no reason to interrupt my work to answer - voicemail is a sales guy at T-Mobile who mumbled like he had a mouth full of food, could barely understand a word he said. All I got was "Calling from T-Mobile-thank you for being a loyal customer - give me 2 minutes of your time - call me back" You can already tell he's trying to sell crap. No thanks! Telemarketing is ANCIENT! Not to mention ANNOYING. People have better things to do.

I got a call the other day, some really nice girl from T-Mobile sold me a Tablet. I went through the payment process, just as I was in the store. It's just Virtual Retail.. they call to let people know about current promos.

Same as others, claimed I was upgraded to a preferred customer due to my on time payments. Offered me phone upgrade or iWatch & free tablet. Told him I do all my shopping at T-Mobile locally... not sure why he’s calling me from Buffalo...
