CB I was called from a number that mimicked Osceola county sheriff department, by “Eric Stone” who said there was an arrest warrant for me with several charges and I had to turn myself in to the sheriff’s department before 2 o’clock tomorrow. Or, I could call this number which he said was a law firm and resolve the issue over the phone. He would call me. Ack by 5:30 today to see if I resolved it and if the warrant was being canceled. After I wrote everything down and hung up, I called the number on my call ID and it was actually the Osceola County sheriffs department nonemergency line, but they did not have a person by that name employed nor would they call to inform anyone of a warrant. They would just send an officer and come pick up the person. I never called the 844 number because I didn’t want to pursue the scam. I reported it to the Fairfax county Virginia police department because Osceola county said I had to report it to the district I was in when the phone call occurred, and it happened while I was sitting on the Amtrak Autotrain waiting for it to pull out to come back to Florida from Virginia. I was scared to death and I’m so grateful that I did not call that number, instead filed a police report. Spread the word!

Scam call stating an arrest warrant for my name due to a lawsuit filed against me. Spoofed my local police department. Called this 800 #8442420008 Us legal support and asked me for 1988.64. Called my local police, no such warrant existed. Do NOT pay these people!

I was just scammed I hadn't red all these other blogs on here I just forked over five hundred bucks guess I need to call my credit card company they are slick I was just so scared I didn't want to go to jail in the morning first the cop called and said there was a warrant out in the morning for me and then it was kind of weird but lawyer called 5 minutes later

I RECEIVED A CALL SAYING HE WAS A OFFICER FROM OUR LOCAL POLICE DEPT (SHAWN PARKER) AND I HAD A WARRANT OUT FOR MY ARREST. ONCE I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO UNDERSTAND THAT PART DUE TO HIS LACK OF ENGLISH I FLIPPED MY LID. LUCKILY IS WASN'T A REAL OFFICE. I THEN CALLED 844-242-0008 CASE #K735458 PERSON THERE TOLD ME I OWED $1988.64 FROM A LAW SUIT AGAINST ME FOR UNPAID BILLS AND I AGAIN FLIPPED MY ****. I ASKED THEM TO PROVE TO ME MY IDENTITY WHICH HE SAID HE COULDN'T DO ON AN UNSECURE LINE, I LAUGHE DNAD SAID SO YOU EXPECT ME TO PAY YOU ON THIS SAME LINE. I TOLD HIM GOOD LUCK WITH THAT, HIS REPLY WAS GUESS YOU'RE GOING TO JAIL I SAID I GUESS I AM COME GET ME 3 HOTS AND A COT I'M ALL IN. I THEN CALLED THE NUMBER BACK THAT ORIGINALLY CALLED ME AND SURE ENOUGH IT WAS THE LOCAL POLICE DEPT. NOW I'M NERVOUS. I EXPLAINED TO THE LADY THAT ANSWERED WHAT HAPPENED AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO SHAWN, WHAT DO YA KNOW NO OFFICER BY THAT NAME. SHE DIRECTED ME TO THE CLERK OF COURT WE RAN MY NAME AND NO WARRANTS OUT. SENT OUT A DETECTIVE TO FILE REPORT BUT BECAUSE I WAS OUT OF THEIR JURISDICTION SHE COULDN'T FILE THE REPORT I HAD TO CALL THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE.

This people are using Sparks Police Department name to commit crimes. I checked with Sparks PD to verify the name of Kevin Scott who supposed to work with US Legal Support, and Sparks Police Department doesn't have any body but that name working for them.

i was called today by my local police department by an officer stating i have a warrant and that i need to call 8442420008 and give them the case number B968580. when i called this number the man that answered stated he is a attorney and that he is suing me for unpaid bills. he said his name was david williams. he then told me i needed to have over 2000$ within 10 minutes or he will send out the police to arrest me and that my child will have to defend for hisself. when i had finally hung up after 30minutes of being threatened and not realizing it was a scam. i had called my local police department where the cheif had answered, i had told him what was going on and the names of the officers that called me telling me about my warrant. the cheif never heard of these names and looked up my name to tell me i have no warrants nation wide. he then send out a police officer to file a report since they are using police departments phone numbers into scamming innocent ppl. i am still very in shock

Tried to solicit money claiming to be a law firm. Stated an arrest warrant had been issued and would only be cancelled by a good faith payment. Would not give any details about the outstanding debts or provide anything in writing. I confirmed through the county that there are no outstanding warrents.

!!!!!!!!!!SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!! First someone called me from the Springfield Police Department phone number 513-729-13xx said his name was office Robert Jones and there was an arrest warrant out for me. He gave a case # to call the company who is suing me. Just for fun I called the # 844-242-0xx. The gentleman answered and said he was an attorney for us legal support and I am being sued for unpaid medical bills in the amount of $2,048.96. He stated that I had to pay the full amount or half in order for the warrant to be dropped. I called the Springfield Police Department and told them their phone number is being used as part of a scam. Then I reported this to my state's attorney general's office.
