Debt collectors. I had an outstanding amount with Bell for my internet connection and they sent the bill to these guys for collecting. It's a private collector so you can block without worrying about your credit taking a hit.

It is a collection agency usually hired by telecom providers or other private entities. They call to collect outstanding amounts. Not a government agency, just a private company so feel free to block the number.

HOrrible Asked who they were talking to . As I am not at liberty to give my name to someone who will not identify themselves or the reason for calling I asked them who they were looking for They would not tell me. We have over 500 employees here and I am not at liberty to speak to anyone to confirm or deny if they work here for privacy reasons. Very rude .....we have now blocked this number as an undiserable
