was given my account by VW and called prior to lease end to schedule an end of lease inspection to turn into the dealership when I ended my lease. It's a free inspection and they gave me a report to turn into the dealer.

This isn't indicative of a scam, it's a privacy practice to ensure they have the right person on the line. If you continued with the person on the line, they would've scheduled you with a pre-lease termination inspection with a legit company contracted through VW.

I owe irs 10 thousand dollars and will be arrest in 45 minutes because they are downloading my warrent to my local police departments. Funny thing is he had NO CLUE what town my arrest warrant was coming from and he FORGOT to ask my last name! Very bad scammer...lol
