these **** start calling at 6am and stop at 11pm Monday to Sunday, for a whopping total of 200 to 300x per day, answered once, but couldn't understand them, so avoiding now, but seriously 300x per day, insane

I have received multiple texts/phone calls through out the day as early as 6:21 a.m., and as late as 9:30 p.m. What they don't get is that the laws stipulate they are not supposed to be doing this. I have since reported this company to the government in BC. The govt body that regulates these sorry hats told me the calls will stop within 5 business days. I hope so. I am not sure how much more my phone can keep record of. 12 years old + 2 year limitation (they had to sue me, obtain judgment, attempt to destroy my credit) = 14 year old debt. So here's the summary of all this drama -someone is trying to collect my personal information AND obtain money from me for something that the credit bureau cannot even post for collections. It does not affect my credit and they cannot sue me to collect judgment on it. Some people seriously need to get a life. If there are any 'collectors' out there...read this: IF THE DEBT IS PAST THE LIMITATION DATE TO COLLECT QUIT TRYING TO COLLECT YOU CANNOT GET BLOOD OUT OF A STONE. Oh and my all time favorite timeless piece of advice - READ THE LEGISLATION FOR THE JURISDICTION YOU ARE TRYING TO CONVINCE SOMEONE YOU ARE ENTITLED TO MONEY. I WILL REPORT YOU TO THE GOVERNMENT THEN SUE YOU FOR HARASSMENT IF YOU DO NOT STOP CONTACTING MY NUMBER (...then we will see who receives compensation plus interest for some dusty long expired file that you think has the winning lottery numbers). Remember every thing has an expiration date on it these days...I wish these fools would realize that very important fact.

I got this call and most of the time the app just blocks the calls but this one got through very poor speaking English person transferred me to some guy say they bought some account from a current creditor in good standing saying I owed $4000 dollars. **** the credit is so good with this creditor they are talking about my account actualling is has a credit of almost $1000. Anybody know how to stop these crooks??

I added the number to my reject list so it automatically goes to my voice mail. They don't leave a message. They call anywhere from 3-5 times a day. I have tried calling back but all I get is an automated message with the name of the debt collection company CBV but never get patched through to an actual person. I know they are not calling for myself.

This phone number harasses my phone number every day at all times of the day. Text messages AND calls. They are constant. They text me saying they have important information for someone I DONT EVEN KNOW. They always say to inform if you received the messages in error and I do every time and they still harass me. Ontario law also says as a debt collector you legally cannot call someone more than three times a week. I receive multiple calls and texts in one day FOR MONEY OWED BY SOMEONE ELSE. I SHOULD NOT BE CONTACTED AT ALL. I don't even own a credit card. LMAO PLEASE EXPLAIN.
