I have to answer unrecognized numbers because of my son's school. I got this call at 7am, after I sent him off to school, and the woman announced her company, followed by "for your privacy, if I can get you to confirm your birthdate or address?" After she had asked for me by name. I asked her to repeat what company it was bc VoIP connections are bad (standard call center). She was so quiet each time and I couldn't understand her. I asked the nature of the call. I still couldn't understand her. Told her I have no idea what she's talking about, threatened to sue if that number calls again. I'm not having telescammers hospitalize me with another severe migraine. Pretty sure calling unsolicited before 8am is illegal in the US, that's what they told me at my last call center job, that we cannot call any area before 8am and it was a fireable offense.

I'm tired of them calling at all hours and disturbing me or my husband. We don't work 9-5 jobs and are not going to be receptive when awoken from a sound sleep. This time, I answered the call but said nothing, only put it on mute and let it sit. Thirty-nine seconds later it disconnected. That's thirty-nine seconds they weren't able to bother somebody else. My job here is done.

I got a call from this number with no location to go with it. A robotic recording asked if this was (name) and gave me two options. Press one to answer or press two to hold. I wasn’t sure so I chose to hold the call and google the number. By the time I’d typed out the number into google, maybe 25 seconds, the call decided that it had been on hold too long and hung up.

So basically, they called me and I answered, they immediately asked me to confirm my birth date and address. So I said no because I don't know who they are. So she said they'll send me something in writing. I guess we'll see if they call again.

they called me woke me up I answered they hung up so I called them back to see who it was and a lady answered asked me my name then wanted me to give her my last 4 of my social and I don't give personal information out and I already had do not answered on that number in my phone but when you are a sleep you jump to answer and that is what happened
