Debt collector reported by Brittani
They have called for 2 weeks threatening a summons on a 11 year old debt. I asked for a debt validation mailed to my physical address and never got anything. They called again and I asked for their company name and address and Brittany Sherrif (sp?) hung up on me multiple times, then said I was harassing her (LOL! Ironic) and told me if I want to file a complaint that she won't help me do my own footwork and that she is paid to sit there calling people all day. I continued to call and got a Wayne Greaham who said the company was Ross Wyche at 464 E Main St Suite D, NY 14095. Google disagreed, that's a law firm in SC. I called back and asked for a supervisor and Jessica Sanchez said the director Chance Garrett was in meetings all day and refuses to give me an address other then a PO box 385 Buffalo NY 14095, and company name RWG Mediations. I filed a complaint with CFG. I recommend everyone takes the 10 minutes to file against them. They are going to scam so many people out of money!

V/M Anthiny Stone from Priority Legal Services stated prepared to serve summons at work or at home within 48 hours. Be prepared with 2 forms of ID and a witness. If you have questions you can contact the party that is filing against you at 844-434-1141. Same number he called from. There are so many things wrong with this message. It's either a debt collector breaking federal law by leaving a message like that or a scam. My credit is good and no law suits being filed against me. I am blocking it.

I received exact same call, several times. If I receive this again I am reporting it. Interesting that he is planning to serve from NY address.

I will not pick up 844 area code. When it went to voicemail they left no message but with your background noise from other callers.
