Perfect credit, only 1 car loan and mortgage through Wells Fargo so I know these clowns are bogus. I told them I'll be stopping by their office to "personally" deal with them. Their Tampa Bay info: Hunter Warfield is headquartered in Tampa, (4620 Woodland Corporate Blvd, Tampa, FL 33614) (813-283-4534) and has been incorporated in 2004 in Florida. The business also has call centers in Tempe, Arizona, and Guatemala City, Guatemala. They are a debt collector that specializes in collecting rent, but also collects commercial debt, funeral maintenance bills, medical bills, and credit card debt.

They talked to a coworker and said they needed to speak to me on "personal business". I was given the number, looked it up, and found it to be HunterWarfield. Another site said they've been sued many times for violating consumer's rights. Shame on them! So embarrassing for them to contact my work. I have no idea who these people are.

This person called my mom a few minutes ago saying my mom owes money for rent from over 30 years ago, then proceeded to try and say it’s for other debts also. Needless to say she never once got a bill in mail from them, and she always paid her rent. Definitely a scam. I blocked the number for my mom on her cell and I personally had it out with him and called him a scammer. He didn’t get very far. Plus he didn’t even get my moms name correct it wasn’t even her correct name
