I have a payment plan for my phone at metro pcs thru smart pay. My payments are currwntly up to date yet they call me 2-5 times a day. When i try to call back im put on hold forever and give up. This company sucks. Dont lease with them.

They continuously call my phone even after I have them blocked! The first time I answered, the lady asked me to verify my date of birth.. I asked her why do I have to verify my DOB if she's the one who called me in the first place? I don't know who they are or what they're calling about, they are just so annoying!
