They collect on old debts. You don't owe them a cent. They own your debt now and will try to get you to pay and you don't have to. Your not obligated.

Don't delay. This is not a solicitation. I think it’s probably a scam as obviously this is it me, nor do I know anyone named Norma Louie

CBV Collections. This is has been going on for 3 years now from a child's mobile account with Telus. My child ported a number based at a Telus store based on the advice of a store employee who ported it for her. There was to be no charge. Then, because the phone invoices were paid by myself, they came after me for the "porting" charge because it was to another carrier. Telus sends these types of invoices to collection agencies who hound you to submission - not going to happen here. I've threatened them in the past with legal action, they stop for awhile and then start up again..... I find it soothing at times to let off steam so I answer and deliver a blast to the person on the other end....... :)

They called sometimes 6X/day. Claimed that I owed a large sum for cell phones services. I contacted the cell phone service provider they said, "we do not use that debt collector, we show no debt for you, that your account shows 0 balance". Now this debt collector has started sending texts. I will block these as well but I remain frustrated.

They sent me email said that "we have a time sensitive matter relating to TELUS COMMUNICATIONS and need you to call us at 1-844-452-2507 at your earliest availability for next steps." They request me to call back at this number. I think I need to block this email address.

Similar number 8444522504 is already reported here with debt collectors - probably this one is the same case, same call centre? I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. Have missed calls from them on my mobile, was trying to dig some info on the internet before calling them back, but found nothing, no luck. People pls did someone answer this number, who is it?

I also received a call from this number, but i use my number from Textnow for anything online so that is the number they have been calling lol. I just let it go and go. They also gave me a reference number to quote when i call back. It's easy enough to block them and im glad that i used my textnow number so im not bombarded with these calls. Who are they? I've no idea because i haven't called back. So i guess we are all still out of the loop as to who it is that is calling. Anyone know without having one of us to call them back?
