Hospital Debt Collection (Robocall) reported by Teri
Called, asking if it had the correct number and correct person. Yes to both. Said it was a Medical Center (KUMC) I think. Said I owed $89, and offered two payment options: over the phone credit card payment or online. I thought I had paid this bill already so I needed to look into it. Didn't make a choice on the call but hung up. Went to computer later and looked up the creditor I thought it was. No current balances or amounts due. Now, I'm confused. So, doing a reverse phone lookup. Led me here.

CDV collection calls if you own some money. Like credit cards, loans, etc.... Ask them "I owe on what?" They will tell you owe on what....because I owed $xxx.xx amount of money and I put $xxx.xx amount down and I'm making payments to pay it off. And no I'm not telling what I owed and what I put down.
