This number has been calling EVERY day for about two weeks. I have not answered, mainly thanks to Truecaller (a great app - check it out!). I have no desire or reason to speak with whoever this may or may not be.

Foreign accent. I told him nicely that I knew I owed for a medical bill but had been paying on it. He was persistent about getting my credit card information. I called and paid my bill in full on my cell phone while on the phone with him but he still insisted that I give him my card number to pay a small amount. I hate being skeptical but it is hard not to be. I don't mind paying if I owe but with so many scams going on, I VERY RARELY give my info over the phone. He promised that help was a debt collector and I promised that I was really Mickey Mouse. He didn't seem to like that.
