Claims has a summons will go to home or work. Wants 2 forms of ID. No One who is legit will do this. If you really were being summoned, a person would go up to you and ask you if your name is (whatever your name is) and hand you the paper and tell you that you have been served. This is a SCAM. No one is really after you. A Scammer is trying to steal your identity!! Don’t answer and do not let them scare you. No law enforcement agency would do this. This caller is committing FRAUD.

Stated they would come to my house/work and deliver a summons. Called 4 times in a row. I finally answered and then the "secretary" gave me attitude when I asked her what this was about. Total scam. I have no junctions against me an immaculate credit.
