Threatened wit bench warrant if we did not pay a 17 year old debt (Debt collector) reported by


Caller said we owed a seventeen year old debt, and if we did not pay they were going to issue a bench warrant and the person became very agitated and rude. Don't answer calls from this number.

Me llamaron varias veces a menazandome q era q debia una deuda del hospital desde hace 12 años y fui directamente al hospital y me dijeron q esa deuda esta caducada q los biles caducan a los 7 años el tipo q me llamo me decia amenazandome o me pagas o te llamo a corte aqui te tengo como la mas peligrosa porq no queres pagar y yo fui directamente al hospital y me dijeron q esa deuda ya no existe el tipo me decia solo acepto pagos por teléfonos con tarjetas de credito o debitos ustedes creen q eso sea honesto si es un bill tienen q enviar una carta con su sobre para q se les pague no importa q este en colección me harte de esas llamadas me tenian mal de los nervios los tuve q bloquear yo soy madre y trabajo para mis hijos no va a venir un descarado amenazarme
