They asked me personal information besides the last bill I have which i really missed that payment and supposed that is a legit call they asked me to pay and send them a confirmation number which has been provided from my bank..Hopefully i didnt fall to this.. but they were so professional... DON'T forget , if the legitimate service provider ask something they will ask over the email or by sending mail, not like this pressured speech.

Metergy took over for Enercare. However if you make an online payment it takes 3-5 days to clear, so if you dont make it on time they will call until it clears. It is noted on their site as well as through Kubra-EZ Pay. I had this happened, I away and when I came back made the payment a day before it was due but because it takes a few days to clear they called.

It was a Robo call because I paid my bill just before the weekend and their system didn't accept the payment for 2 days. I didn't answer, but instead called the service number on my bill. The lady was apologetic about their temperamental system and assured me my account was fine.

I provided my phone number as asked him to tell me my first name. He made up an name and called me James.. Very professional but this is a scam. Be Careful. Use only the phone number on your billing. Once I called him out, he hung up on me. Don't be fooled.

We kept on receiving phone call from this number claiming to be Collection Dept of Metergy. Lately 3-4 times a week. Every time they want to verify the information of our company. We answered that we had $O outstanding, why we had to provide information on the company on the phone. There must be something wrong - either it is a scam or something wrong with Metergy.

Pretty sure its Enercare Connection (Service), though I never called back 'cause currently travelling & on roaming. The recording goes by so fast I can't hear clearly who its from, and my connection is not great anyhow. But I know I was late paying my electric bill, and I always get these calls when that happens. Pretty useless way to connect with your customers. No option to replay the recording. Why don't they use email?

The message was that there was a problem with my account and that I had to return their call. I did. I told the first person I talked with that their system wasn't customer service friendly and that it already put me in a bad mood. She hung up on me. This is fun! Called again. The new person demanded personal information. When I refused, they got belligerent. I hung up. I could do this all day!

I received a call from a woman who refused to release her name to me because I refused to provide her mine, at least, until I know who is calling first and foremost. Our brief conversation was so frustrating, with the back and forth banter of "Who is this?", that I just decided to hang up the phone on her. According to my online search, some people have stated that this number may be from National Credit Recovery (NCR), which is a collection agency. Thankfully, this woman never called back!
