I've had these people calling on an off for months, one time I did get a message while I was out and they said they were "waypoint resource group". Now, I KNOW I don't owe anyone any money. So, unless they're the really horrible kind of debt collecting skip tracers out there trying to run down a name by calling random people they THINK might know someone of a bill that they're actually trying to collect on. Then either way, this is a horrible "company" with FAR to many complaints against them to be a legit business and nothing more than a scam.

This is actually a debt collector - however, they were NOT pushy, rude, arrogant, etc. I did owe the bill. I had made arrangements but was sent to collections anyways. They understood & tried to help me make the arrangements to pay this POLITELY and PATIENTLY. I don't know much about debt collectors (never had one before) but I hope they are all as kind as this was.
