Called and said they were comcast even though I deal with comcast, but the part called xfinity. They wanted my personal info to confirm it was me, even though they called me. refused to tell me why they were calling. then sent some sketch text.

Missed the call so I phoned them from a different number. "Amber" told me they are Comcast billing looking to square away my unpaid bill. My bills are always paid on time. I asked if she was legitimately Comcast and was assured they were. I called the real Comcast number billing depart and told them. They put me on hold and phoned the number. When Comcast rep returned, she told me they are definitely NOT Comcast and recommended that this phone number be blocked. They are going to report it internally.
