Vehicle warranty scammer (Scam call) reported by D Stevenson
Typical auto warranty scam. Instead of calling this company sent a letter via USPS. The letter was designed to look like it came from the DMV and had a warning in bold print "Immediate response required". They claim to have "records" for your vehicle and that the warranty is expiring. When calling they can not tell you the make or model of your car when you give them the reference number on the letter.

"Representative" name James goaded my autistic brother into purchasing a warranty. When trying to call and cancel he was very demeaning, argumentative, and aggressive. The only manager available was another "James" who was additionally demeaning, argumentative, and aggressive. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!!
