Called me on a landline multiple times in a week. Claimed to be from Tufts healh plan looking to 'update' my personal info. Answering machine took the call, I don't remember if it was a human or computer voice, but this didn't apply to me at all, I just wrote the number down before deleting so I could look it up. And of course, it's a scam!

I received a call from (302) 927-3364. The voice message was automated as was the "answer" when I blind called (844) 723-0870. They want me to enter private information using my touch tone, i.e., into their computer? I think not. I then looked up the (844) number and saw that others have had the same experience. They knew the name of my health plan, as they did with others who were contacted, which was different from their than mine. I know the numbers my health plan uses. This is not one of those. Not only is this a scam call, it is also a phishing call looking to get personal information from you so they can do whatever harmful things they want with it. Do not ever give information to anyone calling you from of the blue. That is a huge red flag! Call the business they purport to represent if you have questions.

I got the same call . When I called Tufts they said the numbers are their numbers and it is not a scam . Just call Tufts and make sure if you want to .

A voicemail is left from a call from 3029273364 asking you to call this number to give them health information. The first call said it was for an "important survey." Called my health insurance, and they said that they did not call me and that a 3rd party program that is associated with them may have called. They said I could safely ignore it.
