Investigator Evans claimed I took out payday loans and didn’t pay and they was gonna send me the cops to my house to arrest me!!! I never had a payday loan before, and I wonder how he had my ssn and Birthday!!!

Said I committed check fraud 2 years, against a company with a lot of different businesses and could not tell which one I used. I know Ihave not used one but wanted my banking info to pay now or they will go ahead a file a report.

I was connected to this number through a supposedly through someone claiming they were a processor and had to serve me with paper to appear in court. When I questioned the first man he connected me to the 844 741 8241 number. They wanted my banking info. After I ended the call I called my local court house and they have no records. SCAM !!

Caller said they were "Investigator Evans" re: Check fraud. (Scam call) reported by


Voice message stated the caller is "Investigator Evans" calling to notify me I am under investigation for check fraud. The caller threatened I would have to appear in court for check fraud. This is not true. They didn't even use my correct name. I also am absolutely certain I did not commit check fraud. The call did not identify which business or police department they were allegedly calling from. A real investigator wouldn't leave a message like that.
