Out of country, bill got paid late, they blew up my phone, but when your service is interrupted, they do not understand what a credit to the bill is meant to do for the paying customer. One day all people will use them for wire only and stream what they need. They outsource their CSR's to other countries for cheap labor and we are stuck with shoddy help.

This is Charter/Spectrum calling with a reminder to pay your bill "IMMEDIATELY." When they said "immediately," they mean it. NOTE on your bill that your due date is only 5 days from your billing date. If you receive this call, they are ready to shut off your service so they can charge you upwards of $100 to reconnect it. Take this call very seriously(even if your bill just arrived yesterday)!!
