The letter came sign to Benelynk or lose lose medical benefits wi (Scam call) reported by Rome
The letter came saying you are now at risk of losing your benefits unless you sign an authorization of assistance and they already have a letter typed up with your name on top and it says that now they're working with United healthcare which when I called United healthcare they said it's not true they don't work with this company BeneLynk they just want to get people who have insurance their authorization of assistance so they can sign anything they want for you or against you so pretty much take your reimbursements take your products and resell them anything they want that's the power you giving them and there's no way it says we need to sign this so we can renewal our benefits but our benefits just started last month so there's no way a renewal is even close I called United healthcare and they said that they don't know who that company is so they're just trying to steal everyone's info please be careful

We received a letter from United Healthcare(UHC) supposedly but near page as it typed that letter for you already with your name on top you just have to sign it and send it in but it says starts out with i, your name hereby designate BeneLynk as my authorized representative and there's a nine little dots that they have authority over pretty much it's everything that you need to go to a medical doctor or any benefits you get they can literally take it and take and put themselves half of it to themselves so stay away and be careful read what you get if you get something from United health services and you're not sure it's a real letter call the back of your car to customer service and ask them cuz they even know if they sent you a letter or not and that's what they told me that they never sent any letter like that and on the front page it says you are now at risk of losing all your benefits at United healthcare and it says that we need to renew even though we just got this health Care coverage that starter April 1st 2022 last month so it's not even close for time for renewal. The next page had a different phone number which actually goes to a real United healthcare and they're confused what's going on but the first number on the front page is what gets you because it's right where it says you might lose all your benefits after I called United healthcare on the back of the car customer service and told them about the letter and that this company BeneLynk wants me to sign an authorization of assistance which gives them all information to my grandmother's medical social security anything they pretty much want can reimburse her money take money away from her use her money all that stuff so honestly it's obvious this was fake because they have too many major fake numbers on these two letters and especially a professional will not say we're open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. till 8:00 p.m. local time a professional Pacific Eastern or mountain Time and this letter c
