They told me they were a 3rd party service contractor for Microsoft and that they have received notification that my computer has been sending errors. They could show me the errors if I would just look at my computer. They repeated this a few times. When I asked them how long my computer has been sending these errors they told me it has been happening for the past month and proceeded to tell me again that he was a 3rd party service contractor blah blah blah. I told him I did not understand how my computer could be sending these errors because I don't have a computer. He said, "You don't have a computer? Are you sure." When I responded I am positive that I do not have a computer he then asked if I was Tiffany. When I told him that I knew he was a scammer he would speak over me. I informed him that he was calling a phone number that was on the National Do Not Call Registry, they needed to stop calling me and I will be reporting their number. He quickly hung up but not before he said a few choice words about me.

so this guy called and said he is from boxx computers and told me that i need to upgrade my services. he asked me if i could hear him i said yes then uh huh...when i asked him whats wrong with my computer he hung up..i tried to call back the number ..the message said the number you are trying to dial is not in service..WTF!!! These scammers need to get there **** beat!!!! to a pulp period im fed up with them!!!

845-396-1410 scam caller with heavy Indian accent (Scam call) reported by


I got a call from this number (1-845-396-1410) last month.... A guy named Joseph with a thick Indian accent claimed me that they are calling from an authorised Microsoft solution provider company named Voxforem technologies...and he told me that they have been getting error reports from my computer stating that the WAN miniport driver license ID has been expired....& claimed that this will affect all the drivers in my computer.....& then he asked me to sit in front of my computer and guide me through some steps and read a CLSID from his end.....and he ask me to verify the ID from my end....I found that the ID was perfectly matching...which actually makes me to believe him.....later he ask me to download a teamviewer setup from www.teamviewer.com and told me to install and ask me to read the ID and password to him....then he take remote access to my computer...and ask me to install an antivirus application known as windows intune for the updation of the drivers in my computer which costs me around $200.....& after installation he provide me his toll free number 1-844-341-5444 and ask me to call him in case of any emergency regarding my computer. Next week I tried them back....a guy named Jonathan with a thick Indian accent answered my call and suddenly hangup.... I visited their website "voxforem technologies" & I realised that they are actually a fraudulent company locating in trivandrum district of state Kerala in india.... They are a fraudulent company...tried 20 times to put through various amounts on my credit cards after the first one transaction. All of a sudden their number didn’t work and everything erased concerning our conversations...the techs personal number was gone from my computer also along with all of our conversations...I am going to contact everybody to put them out of business...they gain your trust by correcting small problems and then take over your computer. Don’t be fooled...
