Falsely says they detect problems with your computer, if you give them access, they will search your files for personal info. My senior mom fell for this, they charged $400 to her credit card and she spent 2 weeks changing her banking, retirement and credit accounts. As been said already - Microsoft not monitor your computer and they do not call you.

My "caller" was extremely vulgar. After I hung up on him, he called back. He was hung up on again and called back a third time! I had asked that my number be removed from their list, after I called him out on a bull***t call. Be forewarned...this man is a pervert!
