claimed to be from National Grid and said they had sent me letter (Scam call) reported by


Demanded that I call them back and that they were part of National Grid to discuss the letter that they had sent me. All personal correspondence with National Grid is current and online. Clear attempt for scam or misrepresenting who they are working for.

I received 2 calls at the same exact time from 2 completely different numbers (this being one of them). I didn't answer either one because my phone flagged them as potential spam calls. I got voice mails from both numbers claiming to be "Jackie" from National Grid, asking me to call back with a copy of my latest bill. National Grid confirmed they do not make these calls.
