Allstate Motor Club asking for updated billing info, as my card had expired. Legit request. Info checks out. Stupid that my local agent can’t handle that business

I had already paid this. She had no record of it she said. I did not give my credit card # to this person. I hung up and called Allstate and my bill was paid as I already knew. Call came up only as Illinois.

Allstate Motor Club for renewal (Call centre) reported by


This call came in 'unmarked' as to who was calling. It was Allstate Motor Club, asking to renew my subscription for one year. I pressed for information to be SURE who was calling, and it seems OK. When I dial this number back (847 324 5520) a recording from Allstate Motor Club answers the call. It is legit, but they SHOULD identify themselves on the caller I.D. NO EXCUSE FOR THE ADDED CONCERN TO CUSTOMERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! tOOK ME AN HR. TOO BE SURE IT WAS OK!
