Pretending to be NFCU. Tried to get me to verify my pass code. Then attempted to change my email. Immediately hung up and called NFCU. They verified that is was a scammer trying to access my account and change my info.

SCAM pretending to be Navy Fed (Scam call) reported by Michelle
Woman on phone told me there were possible fraudulent charges on my card and they were calling from Navy Federal to help me freeze my accounts. TOTAL SCAM CALL, asking me for passcodes and card numbers and text verifications before I hung up. Verified with real Navy Federal that it was a scam. A bank will ALWAYS make you call them directly if they contact you first. This number was first being spoofed as a Navy Federal number too which is the scariest.

Navy Federal called me, saying they found my stolen card, and (Financial services) reported by Anonymous
They asked for my social security number, so I told them no. I didnt feel comfortable releasing that over the phone, so they told me to call the Navy federal branch to confirm it was mine. I believe the number wasn't a scam, but they come off that way.
