I returned a voice mail message. Claimed to be doing an annual prescription review for All well. Lady said for HIPPA regulations. I needed to give her my DOB and zip code. I said before I give any personal information, I need to know who you are. You could be a scammer. She then hung up on me.

855-326-6344 My husband has an immunocompromised condition with Medicare prescription coverage through SilverScript for the large amount of prescription drugs he must take. The girl identified herself as a service that "works for SilverScript". Any unknown person who calls us and then asks questions to achieve personal information is always considered by us to be scam calls. When pressed for what information she was needing she said it was to check for "medication management" and to look for interactions between different prescriptions he is taking AFTER we provided our account information. Really? You're a total stranger, calling us, asking questions, and we are to tell you? SilverScript sends us a MONTHLY prescription report of what meds were filled and how much they cost and what the copay is. So if they "worked for SilverScript" then all that info should be available directly from them. This smelled totally of a scam.

Transcription of voicemail: "Hey,(robot voice garbled), it's now time for your annual medication review with one of our clinical pharmacist at your earliest convenience please return our call at 855-326-6344. Again the number is 855-326-6344. Please have all of your medications or a list of your medications available for this review important medication review. Thank you, we look forward to speaking with you soon."

Pfshing for Info (Scam call) This # called 9142651506; a # from who knows where. I let it go to voicemail. The message said to call them back at 855-326-6344. That # is registered to a Pharmacist located in Maryland. It did say that it was time for your (name was never used) xxxxx Prescription Review. Call back and have all of your Rx with you. Neither my husband or myself have xxxxxx Insurance, nor have we ever. There was weird inserts of "robotic voicing" inserted into the male voice that was doing most of the talking, and was also present at the very beginning of the call. I don't know what it said at the beginning of the call. At one point, the weird voice cut in and said the number of a medicare rule? I think that's what it said. Very odd message and not one that I would consider to be safe to call back.

This # called 515-575-9794; a # from Algona, Iowa. I let it go to voicemail. The message said to call them back at 855-326-6344. That # is registered to a Pharmacist located in Maryland.
