Called both numbers,and was put on hold for a lengthy time,or was disconnected.i haven't received anymore "statements" for my "bill". This is surely a SCAMMER AND THEY NEED TO BE CAUGHT...AFTER READING THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS, I AM NOT ALONE.

Call is from amcol systems. The only time you can speak with a human is IF they call you and only then you have to verify personal info and then they will tell you what its for. The debt they had for me was NOT mine, happens a LOT, it had been sold AFTER it was verified and removed as fraud from my credit report, this should NOT be allowed to happen. Cost me hours of my own time and several hundred dollars to fix this error the first time! Costs them little or nothing to file this crap on credit reports, there should be a law that makes it punishable if you add something to a persons credit report and it turns out it is not theirs.

After a missed call for them I quickly Google search their phone number and the results came back of multiple scam reports. So I called them and input a fake 4 digit social security number and it transferred me to a live person who asks for my first and last name, at that point I told them that I Google search their phone number and there are lots of reports of a scam. She told me to check out the BBT or better business rating or something like that and told me to have a good day and hung up.

Robocall that stated that I needed to hold to speak to a representative, I waited and the message to wait continued. I have no idea what it was about but I am not going to hang on hold at 8:30AM on a Saturday for very long.
