Told me I had to purchase a 89.99 registration fee to activate my ROKU TV...left me a call back number for concerns but no one answers. When talking to ROKU costumer support , was told they intercepted my registration process and I should have had free activation to my TV. I don't know if I will get money back...ROKU couldn't reimburse and no one answers at number given.

they wanted to do a remote connection,and when i asked how much they said 150.00 us dollars.They said they were for microsoft,and if i denied getting it fix,they have my phone number and would lock my puter.BUT my phone number is not hooked to my puter,so hung up,so far they tried calling me back 3 times in 15 mins
