Robocall message that repeated my name many times and repeated a partial message concerning a payment recently made. Sounded like their robocall system was malfunctioning, no options to reach anyone was offered and it just kept repeating the same message. Have had horrible Customer Service experiences with Spectrum lately. Based on previous attempts, not likely to be able to get through to anyone at Spectrum that could address this, so I blocked them.
